Apartment C is a very nice one bedroom apartment that is move in ready. Due to septic size only one tenant can live in this unit. The apartment has a living room with eating area, kitchen and full bath. The entire apartment has been painted. The bathroom has a new vanity with a new sink & new faucets. The bathtub has new faucets and a new shower head and there is a new toilet. The kitchen is very nice and has a new microwave above the stove, a newer refrigerator, new sink and new faucets. The living room and bedroom have new carpets. The living room is spacious, 11' x 19' and the bedroom is very comfortable at 10' x 13'. You can set up a small eating area in the living room and look across the street where you will see a large pond with an abundance of wildlife.
